The staff, who were always smiling and helpful, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort-I even received assistance with printing boarding passes and borrowing a UK adaptor. The room's open windows allowed for fresh air, and the convenient location near business areas and tourist spots made exploring Paris a breeze. This hotel truly stands out for its exceptional service and attention to detail, exceeding all my expectations for a memorable stay.
